Hello, my name is Robert Troutman and I am the Physical Education and Health teacher here at BEHS. I am also an alumnus of BEHS (class of 2007). I am so excited to be at my Alma Mater. I am a graduate of Tusculum College ( class of 2011) with a BA in Physical Education K-12. I have been blessed to have an opportunity to work in such a great school and be surrounded by so many positive people each and everyday. I am happily married to my beautiful wife Dara and her three beautiful children. I am so blessed to be in this life. You've got to love the life you live.
As a former college athlete, I understand the importance of practice and repetition when trying to perfect or master a skill. The process can be grueling and demanding at times, but it is well worth it. I have an internal drive and motivation that allows me to push myself and the others around me to reach their full potential. This stems from wanting to achieve greatness and is a staple of hard work and determination. This is the attitude that I bring to everything in my life. We all need to approach life with a positive outlook and with that, amazing things can happen! I look forward to working with you and your child this upcoming school year!
